Developmental Educator and Child Consultant

Kate is a Developmental Educator and Child Consultant passionate about supporting Parents, Carers and Children with Parenting, Behaviour Management and Developmental Education, strategies and support.

Kate’s, 21 years of professional experience has had her focus on supporting families with children from diverse backgrounds, from mainstream children to children with multiple diagnosis and disabilities.

Kate is a strong believer in working closely with families, teachers and other health care professionals in order to achieve holistic, client-centred goals.

In addition to working directly with Parents and Children she also provides training, professional supervision and Parenting and Developmental Education Groups to professionals and Parents. She has presented at several Industry conferences.

Kate is professional member of the Developmental Educators Association and is also a registered provider with FAHCSIA and NDIS.

Kate is committed to ongoing professional development and to work from an evidence-based framework. Some of her areas of development have included;

  • Cert III Child Studies
